Handling Email with DEVONthink

DEVONthink Pro and Server let you archive email messages in your databases using a variety of methods, not only from Apple Mail but also other email apps. Importing skips duplicates and with AppleScript you can automate archiving incoming email.

Our new tutorial explains how to get messages from your email app into DEVONthink, organize and find emails, and even create a reply to a message in your default email app. Select Help > Tutorials in the menu of DEVONthink to access it.
