DEVONthink 2.7.6 and DEVONsphere Express 1.7

Knowledge becomes more useful by sharing. DEVONnote and DEVONthink 2.7.6 make sharing your collected wisdom easier. Create a customized table of content for exporting your documents as a website or let DEVONthink make one up for you. Share documents by email easier than ever.

Before you share you need to collect and refine. Clip web pages as Markdown with a new option in DEVONthink’s web browser extension or the bookmarklets. Dragging interesting data from Safari to your database is more reliable in version 2.7.6. We have also sped up archiving email with DEVONthink Pro Office and converting rich text to HTML, formatted notes, or Markdown.

Finally, DEVONsphere Express assists you when working with documents by providing related data. Version 1.7 adds support for OS X Mavericks Finder tags and comments, and indexes the Messages archive, too. A new category allows indexing of folders. The new index is faster and smaller, and right-clicking DEVONsphere Express’ menu icon gives you access to frequently used commands.
