DEVONthink To Go 2 is no longer available in the App Store. But if you purchased it while it was still on sale you can reinstall it at any time on your devices.

Open the App Store app and visit your account. Tap Purchased, then My Purchases. Search for “DEVONthink”. Install it from here.
