DEVONthink To Go 3.7

Our update for DEVONthink To Go today brings support for WikiLinks as well as cross-platform support for various kinds of item links. It also shows PDFs inline in RTF documents and scans text directly into Markdown and text documents. Select all items in a list with a new button and do more with search results. (more)

DEVONthink 3.9.1

Today’s maintenance update for DEVONthink for Mac adds support for squiggly underline PDF annotations, moving lines in text documents via keyboard commands, and a new placeholder for inserting hashtags into templates. We’ve also improved the strict duplicate detection as well as searching via the web interface. (more)

Today’s maintenance update for DEVONthink To Go enables thumbnails for bookmarks and web archives. It also improves quick searches, scrolling long list of items, and editing PDFs externally, e.g., in Readdle PDF Expert. (more)

Early Spring Updates

DEVONagent 3.11.7 brings integration with Neeva, the Case Law Project, and IEEEXplore. Its scripts and scanners also retrieves more image formats, and the See Also inspector makes better suggestions. DEVONsphere 1.9.7 suggests related websites and adds thumbnails to web search results more reliably. (more)

DEVONthink 3.9

Our update for DEVONthink for Mac today lets you create deep links for selected text and PDF annotations, search more precisely from the toolbar, and write Markdown in WYSIWYG in the Sorter. We’ve also improved working with annotations and rearranged the inspectors a bit. (more)

DEVONthink To Go 3.6.2

Our last update for 2022, DEVONthink To Go 3.6.2, adds new settings for web browsing as well as options for exporting databases as ZIP archives, e.g., as an app-independent backup. We also enhanced the Clip to DEVONthink extension and fixed bugs. (more)

Today’s update for DEVONthink for Mac brings several additions, improvements, and fixes. Version 3.8.7 shows and lets you work with highlights in HTML-based documents, quickly reveal the location of replicated or duplicated items via the contextual menu, or export the related words graph or cloud from the Concordance inspector. DEVONthink To Go 3.6

This update for DEVONthink To Go introduces support for iOS 16 focus filters, TextBundles, and placemarks. In addition, it brings the ability to merge documents and adds and improves conversions between file formats. OCR is faster, too, and search finds documents by filename. (more)
