I just wanted to let you know that we updated DEVONthink Pro and Pro Office to version 1.3.3. See our news page for more information on the update.

Just a quick note that we have updated DEVONthink Personal and DEVONnote to version 1.9.10.

The second season update this summer is DEVONthink Pro (Office). It adds minor improvements to almost all areas of DEVONthink Pro and Pro Office. DEVONthink Professional Office 1.3.2 supports MailTags 2.0 notes, allows to set the resolution and the compression of PDFs, and connects to ExactCode’s ExactScan software. Both editions allow you to set the background color of rich text documents, support grouping of found documents directly from within Classify and See Also drawers, and read Finder and Spotlight comments when sync’ing an indexed folder. The Dashboard widgets look way more attractive now, too.

In the old tradition of season updates, here’s the first Summer Update, this time for DEVONagent. Version 2.2 adds, among many other improvements, new features that can come in handy when working with many web pages at the same time or with Bonjour-advertised web services as DEVONthink Pro Office web sharing. Also check our the heavily updated scanners that way more reliably detect thumbnail galleries, images, documents, whatever they’re looking for.

DEVONthink Personal users: You’re not forgotten! As promised last week, we have just released DEVONthink Personal 1.9.9 with all the little enhancements that we had added to DEVONthink Pro in the last months. In addition, we have released DEVONagent 2.1 with a number of really nice features, for example the possibility to access your bookmarks right from the Dock menu and thumbnail tooltips for tabs. Finally, we’ve published maintenance updates for DEVONthink Pro 1.3.1 and DEVONthink Pro Office. Download the new versions here and simply replace your copies with the new ones.

No Tuesday Tip today, but one, no!, two updates: We have just released the second public beta of DEVONthink Pro and Pro Office 1.3. DEVONthink Pro Office fixes a number of bug and adds a few requested features, and DEVONthink Pro 1.3b2 brings all the changes we have made to DEVONthink Pro in the recent weeks but have only published as part of DEVONthink Pro Office. We have updated all our DEVONapps, from DEVONthink Professional through DEVONthink Personal and DEVONagent to DEVONnote. The updates bring the latest changes we have made to our DEVONtechnology as well as tons of small user interface improvements, and, of course, fixes for bugs and glitches.
